When will I receive my payout?

Ethnic BNB typically releases your payout 7 days after your guest's scheduled arrival time. The time it takes for the funds to arrive in your account depends on how you pay it.

If your guest stays at your listing for 28 nights or more, payouts for that reservation are made monthly.

It should be noted that the only method of payment is bank transfer. You can list your bank details in the Payout section on  your dashboard.

Weekends and holidays

Many banking systems do not process any transactions on weekends and holidays. If a Ethnic BNB payout is made between Friday and Sunday, it may not be processed until the following week.

If you have any questions about the processing time once your Ethnic BNB transaction history shows that a payout has been made, contact your payment provider directly.
