The stay

Once you know where you're traveling and what accommodation you'll be staying in, all you have to do is get started!

Before you arrive:

Send a message to your host to set a check-in time and check-in details, such as key collection.

We'll send you an email with your itinerary, receipt, and host contact information. You can also view your booking details, change your plans or cancel your booking in the My Trips section of your personal account page.

During your trip:

We encourage you to have a good time! Enjoy your host's home and city as if they were a friend, and remember to be respectful of your neighbors. If any issues arise during your trip, be sure to contact your host. In most cases, this will be the person best able to help you. If your host can't resolve the issue, please contact us.

After your trip:

Write a review of your host and their space so that other guests can learn from your experience. Your host will also have the opportunity to write a review for you too. Then, choose the next place you'd like to go and find accommodation on Ethnic BNB!
