Prices
and availability:

are the person who knows your accommodation and your availability best. We
therefore let you decide the price and ask you to update your calendar to
indicate when your accommodation will be available for rent. We also allow you
to set custom prices for individual nights and weekends, special events, and
monthly stays. We show your listing at the price you set, and when you indicate
that your listing is unavailable, we make sure we don't show it in search
